I found the solution to my own question, as follows:

TO REMOVE THE UNDERLINE FROM A LINK:

- In the Settings dropdown panel on the right:

- Click on the Website tab

- Under Editing Text Styles, go to Link and click it

- In the sample text given, the Underline is already clicked in the floating style box above it

- Unclick Underline

- Then click Update Text Style in the dropdown Settings panel on the right.
